BE WARNED OF SPEED TRAPS on 101!
From Seattle: (via Edmonds ferry – click here for the ferry Schedule)
Summary directions (for those that know the area): Take the Kingston ferry. From Kingston follow signs for Sequim (over Hood Canal Bridge on 101 W). Gardiner is about 12 miles before Sequim. Continue past Discovery Bay Store and Discovery Bay Restaurant. Look for mile marker 277 on the left side of the road. Once you PASS mile marker 277, you will see a sign ‘Entering Gardiner’. Turn right on Gardiner Beach Road. Proceed down the hill. Stay on Gardiner Beach Rd, it makes a dogleg at the first stop sign (left at the stop sign and then an immediate right, continuing downhill all the way to the water). Follow Gardiner Beach Road (it bends left at the water) past the boat launch and up the hill. Pass the orchards with the carved fence posts until you see the castle at the stop sign. For event & wedding parking follow the parking signs to the field behind the castle. Priority parking in the gravel parking lot next to the event barn is available but is limited only to guests who need it, i.e. event setup, vendors, caterers, select VIPs.

1. Take I-5 NORTH
2. Take the WA-104 exit towards EDMONDS/LAKE FOREST PARK, exit #177 – go 0.3 mi
3. Continue towards 236TH ST. S.W./WA-104 WEST/EDMONDS/KINGSTON FERRY – go 0.5 mi
4. Continue on 244TH ST SW/NE 205TH ST – go 0.5 mi
5. Continue on 244TH ST SW/LAKE BALLINGER WAY/NE 205TH ST – go 0.1 mi
6. Continue on 244TH ST SW/LAKE BALLINGER WAY/N 205TH ST – go 0.4 mi
7. Continue on 244TH ST SW/EDMONDS WAY/LAKE BALLINGER WAY towards EVERETT – go < 0.1 mi
8. Continue on EDMONDS WAY – go 1.5 mi
9. Arrive at EDMONDS WAY, EDMONDS, Take the ferry to Kingston
10. From Kingston: Follow the signs to 104
11. Turn RIGHT on NE WA-104 – go 2.4 mi
12. NE WA-104 becomes BOND RD NE/NE WA-104 – go 0.1 mi
13. Turn RIGHT on WA-104/WA-104 NE – go 5.0 mi
14. Continue on a local road – go 0.1 mi
15. Continue on WA-104/WA-104 NE – go 0.1 mi
16. WA-104/WA-104 NE becomes HOOD CANAL FLOATING BRG – go 0.8 mi
17. HOOD CANAL FLOATING BRG becomes WA-104 WEST – go 14.8 mi
18. Continue on US-101 – go 8.5 mi

For event & wedding parking follow the parking signs to the field behind the castle. Priority parking in the gravel parking lot next to the event barn is available but is limited only to guests who need it, i.e. event setup, vendors, caterers, select VIPs.
Note: If you see stores on the right side of 101(Wild Birds Unlimited), then you passed Gardiner Beach Road. Immediately past these stores make a sharp right (180 degrees) onto Old Gardiner Road. Make the first left onto Gardiner Beach Road and resume the instructions above.
From Port Townsend:
1. Take WA-20 to US-101
2. Bear RIGHT on US-101 – go 6.4 mi
